Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue growth
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and marketing initiatives
- Provide technical consulting and project follow-up to customers
- Academic degree in business, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-driven position in a B2B environment
- Strong technical knowledge of passive components and electronics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Italian and English
