About the Role

Panasonic Europe Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Sales Manager to drive strategic sales growth in the Italian market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and ensuring a strong presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and revenue growth
  2. Manage a portfolio of key accounts and identify new business opportunities
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and marketing initiatives
  4. Provide technical consulting and project follow-up to customers
Requirements
  1. Academic degree in business, electrical engineering, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-driven position in a B2B environment
  3. Strong technical knowledge of passive components and electronics
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficient in Italian and English
