Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Lombardy and Piedmont regions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and drive sales growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing points of sale, negotiating secondary contributions, ensuring product presence on shelves, and developing and maintaining the agreed product assortment. They will also monitor competitor activities, implement promotional areas, and position point-of-purchase materials. Additionally, they will process orders for direct delivery, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and utilize SAP, Bibo, and Salesforce for tracking and reporting.

Requirements
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the retail channel;
  • University degree or high school diploma;
  • Fluent Italian and communicative English (written & spoken);
  • Driving license and willingness to travel 90% of the time;
