About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store performances, and developing strong relationships with our retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Store Managers to achieve sales targets and drive brand execution across Swarovski Retail.
  • Buidng strong relationships with Store Managers and their retail teams through regular visits, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
  • Taking ownership for store performances, allocating resources, and refining processes to drive profitability.
  • Managing sell-out, facilitating replenishments, and ensuring right stock levels.
  • Motivating and coaching retail staff to deliver excellent consumer experiences.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned leader with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail environment. Your background should include a solid understanding of sales, marketing, merchandising, demand planning, and HR on a retail store level.

You possess strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in Italian and English. A willingness to travel within your assigned area up to 80% of working time is essential.
