About the Role We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager Lead to join our young and dynamic environment with a deep motivation to drive growth initiatives and scale our B2B SaaS platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing growth initiatives across various channels, including Product Led Growth, Lead Generation, SEO, Content Marketing, Sales, Performance Marketing, and more.
The Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Growth Manager, Digital Marketer, Sales Manager, or similar role in the B2B SaaS industry. Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, content marketing, lead generation, and digital analytics tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) and English proficiency.
What We Offer Competitive salary €60,000 - 80,000 per year, depending on experience. ESOP package. Remote work opportunity with regular onsite meetings.
