Account Manager Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager Lead to join our growing Netflix Ads team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the pre-to-post-sale campaign execution workflow as a strategic partner to our Agency Sales Partners.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth of our business. As an Account Manager Lead, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Agency Sales Partners to understand client goals and objectives
- Build Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.
- Host campaign kick-off meetings and partner with clients on gathering campaign launch assets
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on the production of custom creative assets
- Oversee the delivery performance of Ad Campaigns and partner with clients on necessary campaign optimization tactics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English and Italian
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning functions in the digital media industry, with a focus on video advertising
- Experience with programmatic advertising
- Experience working in Sales Operation systems (CRM, OMS, Ad Servers)
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
