About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our Spirits business in the North Italian Cash and Carry market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG and Modern Trade channels, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft compelling customer propositions to unlock growth opportunities and improve balanced profit delivery
  • Build a sell-out culture through the definition of a strong customer plan, including promo calendars, assortment definitions, and category management
  • Lead customer daily routines, including order taking and management, forecasting, stock management, and payment
  • Negotiate 2nd level commercial agreements in line with Diageo Italia's commercial policies
