Senior Regional Account Manager

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Account Manager to join our team in North West Italy, preferably based in Piemonte or Liguria. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and driving trusting and productive long-term relationships with key healthcare accounts in the district.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Developing, maintaining, and improving relations with a limited number of key accounts to establish Philips as their preferred supplier;
- Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to maximize the output of the sales group;
- Crafting optimal offers to accounts in collaboration with marketing, services, and supply chain teams;
- Creating account plans for each customer, translating budgeted targets into specific strategies and actions;
- Driving the performance of functions within accounts to achieve results;
- Systematically analyzing and reporting sales results, expectations, market trends, and competition to propose improvements.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales or account management roles within the Healthcare or Medical Devices industry, preferably in Patient Monitoring business;
- Ability to independently manage local accounts, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure timely achievement of results;
- Solid expertise in relevant marketing and sales strategies;
- Strong knowledge of logistics and process management;
- Basic financial understanding;
- Capability to conduct independent negotiations with customers, aligning with established guidelines and sales plans;
- Experience delivering presentations at an account management level;
- Frequent interaction with customers and/or cross-functional teams, including collaboration with other company divisions or units;
- Fluency in English and Italian (local language required).
