Senior Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Growth Specialist to join our team in North West Italy, preferably based in Piemonte or Liguria. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop and drive trusting and productive long-term relationships with key healthcare accounts.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining relations with a limited number of key accounts to establish Philips as the preferred supplier.
- Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to maximize the output of the sales group.
- Crafting optimal offers to accounts in collaboration with marketing, services, and supply chain teams.
- Creating account plans for each account, translating budgeted targets into specific strategies and actions per account.
- Driving the performance of functions in accounts to achieve desired outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or account management within the Healthcare or Medical Devices industry, preferably within Patient Monitoring business.
- The ability to independently manage local accounts, coordinate necessary actions, and ensure timely achievement of results.
- Solid expertise in relevant marketing and sales strategies.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and process management.
- Basic financial understanding.
- Capability of conducting independent negotiations with customers, aligning with established guidelines and sales plans.
- Experience delivering presentations at an account management level.
- Fluency in English and Italian (local language required).
We believe that teamwork leads to better results. For office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities, while field roles are most effectively done outside of the main facilities, generally at customers' or suppliers' locations.
Compensation and BenefitsThis role comes with a competitive estimated annual salary of €60,000 - €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
