Salary

We offer competitive pay based on experience, starting from €52,246 for individuals at the beginning of their career. Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact. Additionally, you can receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, participating in the value creation we achieve together.

Job Description

As a Key Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a world-class sales organization from the ground up. This involves building a B2B sales team that becomes the industry benchmark for performance, challenging biases about what a sales team looks like and what it can achieve.

You will lead direct client acquisition, actively reaching out to prospective clients and driving new business customer acquisition across our suite of products. You will also establish and nurture relationships with key agency groups to support long-term growth and partnerships.

Collaboration with analytics team members is crucial to monitor results and continuously improve sales performance. Delivering exceptional customer service is essential, ensuring top-tier service for clients and fostering a positive experience with every interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for highly driven individuals who are extremely ambitious in everything they do. Strong reasoning ability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think from first principles are essential. Team spirit is vital, with a willingness to give generously without expectation and support the best idea, not your own.

A high level of proficiency in English is required, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
