Job Description
As a key member of our local sales department, your primary responsibility will be to foster strong relationships with decision-makers at top-tier companies. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing business, and maintaining overall profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. This includes forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer growth strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with C-Suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to spearhead customer projects and drive operational efficiency.
- Efficiently manage multiple work streams to enhance customer experience and add value to existing partnerships.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in mid-market/enterprise B2B sales.
- Experience selling to or partnering with large, complex enterprise brands and organizations.
- Confident and professional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
- Creativity in presenting information and the capability to transform abstract concepts into clear and concise language.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English languages.
- Prior experience in the transportation industry would be advantageous.
