Senior Regional Sales Strategy Manager

In this senior leadership position, you will serve as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the South Europe region, driving sales growth and market share expansion. Your primary focus will be on supporting the sales team to achieve sustainable growth and capturing market share across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Planning and Go-To-Market Design: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including demand management, opportunity management, and sales forecasting.
- Business Performance Supervision: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with regional goals.
- Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Work closely with the Global Vice President (GVP) of Sales for South Europe to deliver insights, early warnings, and solutions based on best practices and business acumen.
