Nh Italia Spa seeks a seasoned Revenue Management Lead to spearhead revenue growth and maximize profitability in our European and American regions.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Regional Director of Revenue Management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing room rates, and developing strategic plans to increase market share and profit.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the regional revenue management team to achieve aggressive revenue targets
- Develop and implement pricing and yield strategies to maximize room revenues
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of revenue optimization initiatives
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for revenue growth
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or similar field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Management, with at least 3 years as hotel Revenue Manager in a primary destination
- Proven track record of revenue growth in previous hotels
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Italian
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
