Are you a sales professional looking to take on new challenges in the fast-paced world of e-commerce?

We are seeking an experienced Italian Sales Development Manager to join our team in Milan. This exciting opportunity is part of Amazon's logistics business and involves working with Enterprise companies in Italy.

As a Sales Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify strong prospects and close successful deals with them. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with potential future strategic customers.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Extensive experience in business development, sales, and account management, ideally in the B2C express parcel delivery industry
  • Demonstrated ability in managing commercial relationships with Enterprise-level companies
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership. Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals.

This role offers a competitive salary of €80,000 per annum, plus benefits. Based in Milan with moderate travel (maximum 25%), Italian speaking is a requirement.
