Job Overview

Ambitious sales professionals are invited to apply for the role of International Business Development Specialist, based in Germany with Amazon EU SARL.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the success of European sellers as they expand their reach on Amazon's global marketplaces. This exciting opportunity involves consulting with European brands to onboard them onto Amazon US and providing expertise on listing optimization, advertising promotions, logistics, and other best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closely consult with European brands to onboard them onto Amazon US
  • Provide expertise on listing optimization, advertising promotions, logistics, and other best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Amazon teams to accompany Sellers' development and drive their growth from a local to an international level
  • Recruit, support, and manage strategic third-party Sellers from Europe that want to grow their businesses to a global level
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Native German speaker
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or marketing work
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated team player with hands-on mentality
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and evolving team environment.
