About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a passion for growth and impact to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role involves identifying and researching new market opportunities, developing solutions for our clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Engagement: Identify and generate new sales and articulate our value proposition within assigned market segments to ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with International SOS companies and networks to identify global leads and opportunities throughout the Group.
  • Market Strategy: Define a go-to-market plan for your industry/market sector, illustrating growth opportunities, market dynamics, and competitor analysis.
  • Proposal Development: Coordinate all administrative and financial activities, including contract review, tenders, and bids, and invoicing.
  • Implementation: Responsible for the successful implementation of new business, including all administrative, operational, and financial activities.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of market trends and insights and participate in workshops and networking events.

Requirements

We are looking for a passionate professional who is able to adapt and develop solutions to clients' needs with clear and decisive communication. You should have:

  • Experience in consultative selling or business development within professional services or B2B.
  • A global mindset and cultural awareness.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage numerous clients simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
