- Develop and implement strategic plans to deliver settlement, custody, and asset services, ensuring alignment with best international practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive the development and implementation of automated and digitized services at the Central Securities Depository.
- Ensure seamless user acceptance testing of IT system updates and improvements related to physical securities services.
- Lead the execution of annual custody business plans, coordinating activities with senior management and other areas of the organization.
- Provide critical information to Issuers and Financial Intermediaries, representing Euronext internally and externally.
- Contribute to operational enhancements, streamlining workflow and providing better support to frontline business units.
- Drive continuous process improvement, assessing and selecting opportunities that provide long-term value and minimize operational risks.
- Deep understanding of CSD business operations and industry market standards.
- Strong knowledge of business workflows in the securities services space.
- Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to monitor and execute.
