### Business Development Specialist for Renewable Energy

Connecting Experts is seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team in the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development worldwide.

### Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in wind, solar, and storage
- Develop and implement a business development plan, focusing on market studies and project opportunity evaluations
- Collaborate with project partners, including districts, municipalities, co-developers, landowners, and outside consultants
- Evaluate the technical and financial viability of joint venture and acquisition prospects
- Assist with project purchases and due diligence procedures

### Qualifications and Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, architecture, urban planning, renewable energy management, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a multidisciplinary background in finance, law, or business
- Fluency in Italian and English, with a willingness to travel within Italy and knowledge of other languages
- Strong social skills, including conflict resolution, dependability, transparency, self-starting, adaptability, and cooperation
- Networked, analytical, problem-solving-focused thought and behavior
- Intercultural, communication, and teamwork abilities
