About this role
We're looking for a driven individual with superb energy, passion, and initiative for new business development. The Enterprise Account Executive role focuses on formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory composed by current Enterprise customers and strategic prospects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing key opportunities in their assigned territory, building strong relationships with CTOs, IT Leaders, and end users, and working closely with our Solution Architects and Professional Services team to achieve customer satisfaction.
About you
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with at least 8 years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets, strong knowledge of the FSI industry (Banking and Insurance), and the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
You will also be skilled in building business champions, driven, and competitive, with a strong desire to be successful. Fluency in English is required, and living in Milan area is necessary.
About the opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join MongoDB's sales team and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
We offer a lucrative salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including accelerators up to 30%, best-in-breed sales trainings, new hire stock equity, and generous and competitive benefits.
