Enterprise Account Executive, Growth and Innovation

MongoDB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory composed of current Enterprise customers and strategic prospects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the FSI industry and the ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with CTOs, IT Leaders, and end users, and for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales pipeline
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, IT Leaders, and end users
  • Build strong and effective relationships with current and new customers
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with the enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partner to maximize deal sizes
  • Participate in sales enablement trainings, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp and leadership development programs

Requirements

  • 8+ years of field experience in quota-carrying sales in a fast-paced and competitive market
  • Strong knowledge of the FSI industry and ability to articulate business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to build business champions and drive sales growth
  • Fluent in English
  • Must live in Milan area
