Role Overview:

Sherpany is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for convincing and winning over well-known enterprise companies in Germany for our cloud-based meeting management solution.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, identify opportunities, and close deals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve the sales cycle and optimize lead generation, pipeline creation, and conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Language Skills: Native-level Italian and a strong level of English.
