Enterprise Sales Manager

At Quadient, we're driving the digital transformation of businesses worldwide. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you'll be a key player in our Italian market, responsible for building strong relationships with enterprise clients and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive large-scale sales opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing professionals to create impactful materials and leverage existing assets
  • Research customer needs to understand and emphasize the value proposition of Quadient products
  • Ensure full visibility of Quadient's value proposition, unique selling points, and competitive advantages
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to recommend solutions tailored to customer needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in direct sales of software and/or SaaS solutions
  • Knowledge of the CCM/CX software/market is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage with diverse customers on different levels
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written skills)
