Job Description for Ss&C Technologies Holdings: Enterprise Sales Executive

At Ss&C Technologies Holdings, we're looking for a skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a business plan to ensure annual sales targets are met and exceeded.
Manage Protect & Grow as well as acquire net new clients.
Sell both directly and engage closely with strategic alliance and channel partners.
Utilize comparable software sales experience to understand quickly the challenges within assigned named accounts and advise accordingly.
Embody Blue Prism's customer success first and people first mantra.
Passionately understand customer needs and provide feedback to the central management team to further the company's position and win more satisfied customers in the region.
Proven experience of accurate and timely revenue forecasting & planning, especially personal ownership of the sales pipeline and forecasting regional sales revenues through accurate management.
Effectively communicate the Blue Prism value proposition through presentations with the Client and the Partners, managing complex sales opportunities and navigating sales cycles with many stakeholders.

Requirements:
High Achiever with experience in transformational sales at the C-Suite.
Positive mindset, high energy, passionate and driven to achieve personal and team targets.
Experience working with the Public Sector.
Strong financial and business acumen.
Excellent planning and organisational skills.
Experience of compiling and owning go to market strategy for sectors/customers of remit.
Experience of building pipeline and forecasting with accuracy.
Excellent communicator in Italian and English - both written and verbally with ability to persuade and negotiate with impact.
Inquisitive and tenacious in a complex competitive scenario.
Ability to operate and work with a team to support themselves and the partners.
Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment.
Resilience with ability to embrace and support change.
Self-motivated, results orientated, proactive and reliable.

Additional Skills, Experience, Languages:
Understanding of Enterprise technologies, RPA and IA technologies would be an advantage.
Experience of working in a matrix structure.
Knowledge of building and evolving organisations requiring discipline, structure, process, technology and people.
Experience of working with leadership teams.
Experience of working in Italy.
