Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales and a deep understanding of the customer experience landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans to drive sales revenue and expand existing customer relationships
- Research and pursue new business opportunities, identifying key decision-makers and influencers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering value through our solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
- 6+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience
- Proven track record of success in building relationships and driving revenue growth
- Deep understanding of the customer experience landscape and the role of technology in driving business outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
