About the Role

We are Sherpany AG, a young and award-winning tech company headquartered in Zurich. Our cloud/SaaS solution digitizes meeting management, facilitating decision-making processes for management bodies across Europe.

As a Sales Executive - Enterprise Solutions, you will be responsible for:

  • Convincing and winning over well-known enterprise companies in Germany for our cloud-based meeting management solution.
  • Presenting our vision to decision-makers in various industries and convincing them of our concept.
  • Talking to various departments of our customers and identifying their requirements.
  • Recognizing the needs of interested parties and preparing suitable offers.
  • Working closely with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success team to improve the sales cycle, including optimizing lead generation, pipeline creation, and conversion rate.
About You

We are looking for a sales professional with:

  • Sound sales experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in 360° sales and a passion for being responsible for the entire sales cycle.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with impressive communication skills.
  • Self-organization, goal-setting, and persistence.
  • The ability to find new ways to overcome challenges.
  • Native-level Italian and a very good level of English.
