Job Description:

Adecco Italia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the Fieristico sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue through sales and developing new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue through sales and develop new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the company's strategy and long-term plan for the assigned sales area
  • Manage existing clients and develop new business through phone calls and in-person meetings
  • Develop sales, particularly through outbound B2B sales
  • Provide commercial support and assistance to clients through phone and in-person interactions
  • Report accurately on progress through weekly sales reports and forecasts
  • Manage the international network of agents and promoters in coordination with the manager

Requirements:

  • Degree or Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales role
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language

What We Offer:

  • Direct contract with the company
  • RAL salary in line with seniority
  • 10 euros per day for travel expenses
  • 25% bonus for achieving sales targets

Working Hours: Full-time, 9am-6pm

Location: Milano zona Bande Nere
