Job Overview:

About the Role:

Datasite is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed annual sales targets;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking;
  • Work closely with the marketing and inside sales teams to create external campaigns and maximize exposure;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and close cross-selling opportunities;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to position Datasite as a leader in the market;
  • Develop and deliver value-based selling approaches to clients, highlighting the benefits of Datasite's solutions;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, including receiving and managing feedback;
  • Contribute to the development of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship as needed;
  • Foster a strong teamwork ethic and inclusive approach to sales.

Requirements:

  • University degree required;
  • Minimum 1 year of sales or consultancy experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets;
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels;
  • Leadership and execution skills, with a focus on results-driven sales strategies;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows;
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
