Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Country Sales Manager to join our client's team in Milan. As a key member of the sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a team of 10 sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans to capitalize on them.
  • Customer Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive results.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in an international organization.
  • Education
    • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective solutions.
