  • Country Planning: Participate in the country planning and review processes.
  • Sales Planning: Reviews and consolidates sales plan to contribute to the regional sales plan.
  • Negotiation: Negotiates with important accounts and group purchasing departments.
  • Product Launch: Executes new product launches in the area of responsibility.
  • Customer Relationships: Builds and maintains relationships with customers and physicians.
  • Team Management: Plans and organizes the activities of the regional team.
  • Staff Development: Develops and manages people.
  • Compliance: Ensures compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree or 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Skills: Good knowledge of English (listening and writing). Knowledge of medical device environment. Territory Management, Negotiation, Motivation for sales, Ethical conduct, Result driven.
