- Product Launch: Executes new product launches in the area of responsibility.
- Customer Relationships: Builds and maintains relationships with customers and physicians.
- Team Management: Plans and organizes the activities of the regional team.
- Staff Development: Develops and manages people.
- Compliance: Ensures compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Education: University degree or 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Skills: Good knowledge of English (listening and writing). Knowledge of medical device environment. Territory Management, Negotiation, Motivation for sales, Ethical conduct, Result driven.
