Job Title: Regional Director of Sales, Italy

Sonder is a hospitality company that is revolutionizing the way people stay. We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Regional Director of Sales to join our team in Italy.

About the Role:

The Regional Director of Sales will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in Italy, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share in Italy
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the Italian market
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Revenue Management and Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
