Job Summary:

Xiaomi Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for developing and sustaining solid relationships with our key operator accounts in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our operator accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes and business operations.
  • Compile and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with operator accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
