Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at 247 Group. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our wholesale business partners in the UK, France, and Benelux area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the opening of new accounts and strengthen relations with existing accounts throughout the regions
- Deliver strong sales growth to meet and exceed sales targets, focusing on business development and maximizing growth opportunities
- Manage commercial plans for the accounts and negotiate agreements
- Follow up on customer enquiries and provide support and solutions
- Manage seasonal and yearly budget planning for each customer
- Plan, organize, and manage customers' appointments during the market
- Supervise the management of sales campaigns to ensure targets are met
- Conduct regular market visits, identifying opportunities and analyzing competitors
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of wholesale account management or buying experience at a multibrand retailer
- Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written, and knowledge of French is a plus
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office, Excel
- Strong retail and commercial acumen
- Market and competitors' knowledge
- Personal and professional curiosity of the retail environment and of fashion brands with an international perspective
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
- Available for frequent international travels
