Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales targets
  • Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers, attend industry events, and build relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge of the chemical and/or environmental industry, with experience selling in those markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
