The Role

We are looking for a Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Italy market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your experience and network to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue in the market.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners to identify ways to increase revenue and shift market share.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive performance and ensure consistent messaging and call to action.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients to create mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with partner teams to ensure that managed accounts' needs are met from a booking perspective.

Requirements

  • Experience in driving sales and nurturing existing clients in a growing service-based organization.
  • Local or regional experience in the Italy market is a must.
  • Proven success as a trail-blazer and ability to build something new in a growing organization.
  • Self-motivated individual with business acumen to lead independently.
  • Proven success in driving an organization's revenue through proactively targeting, negotiating with, and securing new productive partnerships and business.
