Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and ensures our strong presence in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that targets key customers and identifies new business opportunities in the Italian market.
  • Product responsibility for all passive components, power electronics, electromechanical components, sensors, and wireless modules, ensuring strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities, understanding new markets and customer needs, and developing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Understand customer requirements commercially and technically, nurturing customer relationships, and providing technical consulting and project follow-up.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in business, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven position in a B2B environment.
  • Technical mindset combined with commercial understanding and knowledge of passive components.
  • Solution-orientation, customer focus, and accountability.
  • Strong networking and presentation skills, as well as excellent listening skills.
  • Proficient in Italian and English.
  • Willingness to travel, with a valid driving license.
