Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Italy.

About the Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relations and sales in central and southern Italy, including the islands. Your goal will be to drive sales and distribution of MAPA Professional technical goods for the industrial channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Management (35%): Develop and implement strategies to effectively reach and connect with target consumers.
  • Distributor Management (25%): Build and maintain relationships with distributors to consolidate partnerships and optimize product positioning.
  • End-User Relationship Management (15%): Promote products to end-users and manage interactions with Health & Safety Managers and Purchasing Departments.
  • Sales Management (50%): Oversee sales activities in central and southern Italy to achieve sales goals.
  • Customer Support (10%): Manage customer information and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in selling and distributing technical goods for the industrial sector, including managing distributor relationships.
  • Good command of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent Italian and communicative English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
