Regional Sales Manager

Riedel Communications is a leading provider of live production tools in the media, sports, and entertainment sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in our Italian region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to capture market share and achieve territory sales quota.
- Conduct market research and gather competitive information to inform sales and product development.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, evaluations, and proof-of-concept demos with our technical service department.
- Provide sales and product education to our resellers and coordinate end-user training.
- Sell to end-users in coordination with customer preferences for direct fulfillment or partnership.
- Lead sales presentations with customers and channel partners.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Track sales pipeline and bookings against quota and other metrics.
- Leverage strategic relationships and business partnerships to drive revenue.
- Represent Riedel at regional trade shows.
- Manage, develop, and own productive relationships with key personnel in all customers in the region.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a combination of business and technology.
- 5+ years of proven experience in a relevant market field, ideally in the broadcast and entertainment (Pro-)Audio/Video market and/or live production.
- Relevant, proven 'system' sales experience for manufacturing and system integration.
- Understanding of the nature and demands of Broadcast, Entertainment, and all other Riedel Markets.
- Proven experience in working with upscale companies, venues, and clients is preferred.
- Proficient presentation and communication skills, verbal and written, are mandatory.
- Effectively communicate and disseminate information to sales management, marketing department, sales operations, and technical services in a timely and respectful manner.
- Appreciates the importance and use of database management programs such as SalesForce.
- Team player that fits the personality and basic setting of an international, medium-sized company.
- Ability to cross-domain thinking and willingness to collaborate closely with other company functions using excellent communication skills.
