About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our EMEA team for Nomex and Kevlar Personal Protection and Defense businesses. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market share, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the EMEA regional sales team to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence.
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and technology leadership to ensure sales resources are effectively prioritized and aligned with segment objectives.
  • Execute key actions to achieve regional sales targets, track opportunities pipeline, and achieve short and mid-term growth objectives.
  • Ensure distribution/supply and rebate contracts compliance, AR collections, superior Account Management planning, call reports, customer visits, and forecast accuracy.
  • Cultivate a strong external focus with key customers, end-users, and stakeholders, defining specific goals for each Key Account Manager to achieve revenue and increase market share.
  • Ensure ongoing and consistent adherence to all DuPont Core Values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science or business; MBA or advanced degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Extensive experience in sales, preferably in the textile or personal protective equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of leading/influencing large teams/projects while accomplishing defined objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and develop solutions to satisfy/retain end-users.
  • Strong knowledge of opportunity pipeline management and CRM (Salesforce) proficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to network, build strong relationships with C-suite and key industry/market influencers.
  • Strong desire to exceed results by exercising sales leadership/influence, taking initiative, overcoming obstacles, and finding creative solutions.
  • Ability to communicate internally and externally with impact.
  • Self-starter, collaborator, strategic-thinker, and a consistent demonstrated behavior of being highly motivated.
  • Ability to thrive in a multinational and dynamic matrix organization.
