Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth for our Chemical Analysis Division's Environmental & Process Monitoring business in South- and East Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Develop and execute Go-To-Market plans for the region in close collaboration with the local Channel Manager
  • Understand competitors' strengths and vulnerabilities and develop effective sales strategies
  • Travel extensively across the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, advanced degrees preferred
  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • 2+ years of experience as an indirect people and/or distribution manager
  • Strong technical knowledge of the chemical and/or environmental industry
  • Ability to prospect new business and have a 'hunter' attitude
