About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Panasonic Industry Europe GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and ensures our strong presence in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives and expands our customer base in the Italian market.
  2. Product Management: Be responsible for all passive components, power electronics, electromechanical components, sensors, and wireless modules, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  3. Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities and understand new markets, leveraging your technical and commercial expertise to drive growth.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Nurture our customer base, providing technical consulting and project follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  1. Academic Qualifications: Hold an academic degree in business, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
  2. Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in a sales-driven position in a B2B environment.
  3. Technical and Commercial Expertise: Possess a technical mindset combined with commercial understanding and knowledge of passive components.
  4. Soft Skills: Demonstrate solution-orientation, customer focus, and accountability, with strong networking and presentation skills, as well as excellent listening skills.
  5. Language Skills: Be proficient in Italian and English.
  6. Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel and hold a valid driving license.
