About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing market strategies to drive business growth and enhance our presence in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market strategies in collaboration with the international sales and marketing teams, focusing on offline distribution channels.
  • Oversee and manage revenue streams and channel efficiency, identifying and suggesting solutions to optimize channel performance.
  • Lead the acquisition and development of reseller partners, providing effective communication and support to meet their business needs.
  • Drive the closing of commercial contracts and execute marketing campaigns to enhance our portfolio in the Italian market.
  • Conduct competitor and market benchmark research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage CRM to ensure data accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the team leader and head of sales to develop global strategies.
  • Manage local contracts, report market costs, and execute budgeting processes.
  • Provide regular performance reviews and updates to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in both spoken and written Italian, and fluency in English.
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in commercial roles focusing on purchasing orders, budgeting, and cost reporting within market activities.
  • Strong social, communication, and analytical skills.
  • High motivation for achievement and entrepreneurial drive.
  • Ability to master basic and high-level reporting, and deep dive into defined challenges.
  • Ability in project management is a plus.
