Job Title: Sales Director

As a Sales Director at Wesco International, Inc., you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
Working Environment:

The Sales Director will work in an office environment, with frequent travel to customer sites and other locations as required. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with frequent changes in priorities and deadlines.
