As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and collaborating with our team to develop and execute sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, networking, and relationship-building with potential clients.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our team to develop and execute sales strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Art Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the art market, including art movements, styles, and market conditions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team, including artists, curators, and marketing staff, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
  • Results-Oriented: Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the art market
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
