Theartgorgeous is a leading art gallery seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with artists, collectors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Art Sales and Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, build relationships with artists, collectors, and other industry professionals, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Client Management: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including art consultants, collectors, and other stakeholders, and build long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the gallery's artists and exhibitions.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, exhibitions, and other activities to promote the gallery's artists and drive sales.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role within an art gallery or similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with artists, collectors, and other stakeholders, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as art history, business, or marketing.
