Il nostro cliente, una realtà multinazionale leader nel settore del raffreddamento ad aria, è alla ricerca di un professionista esperto per ricoprire il ruolo di Interim Regional Sales Manager in Italia.
Compiti e Responsabilità- Gestione delle Relazioni con i Distributori: il candidato selezionato sarà responsabile della gestione delle relazioni tra l'azienda e i distributori già presenti in Italia.
- Creazione di una Rete di Distributori/Partner: si occuperà di creare una solida rete di distributori/partner su tutto il territorio nazionale e di amplificare l'efficacia delle iniziative di marketing dell'azienda per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita condivisi.
- Condivisione di Informazioni e Strategie: condividerà informazioni sul mercato di riferimento e strategie con la sede centrale, analizzerà ed ottimizzerà il processo di vendita per migliorare in modo costante le performance.
Il candidato ideale ha maturato almeno 5/10 anni di esperienza nel settore degli elettrodomestici e conosce le logiche della distribuzione e i rivenditori su tutto il territorio nazionale. Ha lavorato in contesti multinazionali e gestito relazioni con team multiculturali dislocati in differenti paesi ed è abituato a lavorare in autonomia. È necessaria la conoscenza della lingua inglese per il costante confronto con la sede dell'azienda.
OffertaLa proposta retributiva sarà valutata sulle reali competenze del candidato selezionato. Si offre contratto diretto con azienda di 12 mesi rinnovabili annualmente.
