About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Yankee Candle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution of our technical goods in central and southern Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Management: Develop and implement strategies to effectively reach and connect with target consumers in the industrial sector.
  • Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to optimize product positioning and drive sales growth.
  • End-User Relationship Management: Promote our products to end-users and manage interactions with Health & Safety Managers and Purchasing Departments.
  • Sales Management: Oversee sales activities in central and southern Italy to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
  • Customer Support: Manage customer information and address inquiries to ensure satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience in selling and distributing technical goods for the industrial sector, including managing distributor relationships.
  • Skills: Good command of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent Italian and communicative English (written and spoken).
  • Travel: Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally.
