About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at ADAMI & ASSOCIATI. As a Sales Executive - Chemicals, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities through business development and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, including scheduling meetings and participating in industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling complaints and objections in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback from customers and prospects.
  • Manage and optimize current business accounts, including commercial and administrative tasks.
  • Travel to various locations nationally and internationally as necessary to meet with clients and stakeholders.
  • Correspond with suppliers and buyers, responding to inquiries and providing support as needed.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of previous experience in sales, preferably in the industrial sector and/or in a Japanese company.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and peers across the organization.
  • Results-oriented and flexible, with the ability to meet deadlines and work with diverse individuals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Cross-culturally aware and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a global business environment.
