Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed annual sales targets;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking;
  • Work closely with our Marketing and Inside Sales teams to create and execute external campaigns;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities;
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to position Datasite as a leader in the market;
  • Develop and deliver value-based selling approaches to clients, highlighting the benefits of our solutions;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention;
  • Contribute to the development and growth of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales or consultancy experience, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets;
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Leadership and execution skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
