About the Role:
Datasite is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed annual sales targets;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking;
- Work closely with our Marketing and Inside Sales teams to create and execute external campaigns;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities;
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to position Datasite as a leader in the market;
- Develop and deliver value-based selling approaches to clients, highlighting the benefits of our solutions;
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention;
- Contribute to the development and growth of junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales or consultancy experience, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets;
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
- Leadership and execution skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
