About the Role:
Cricut is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Italy. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in growing Cricut sales in Italy by increasing business with existing partners and developing new partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the Italy Sales and Distribution Strategy: Develop and implement a sales and distribution strategy to drive business growth in Italy, focusing on multiple channels within the crafting and general 'lifestyle' technology markets.
- Establish Retail Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to increase sales and awareness of Cricut products in Italy.
- Work with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with personnel across multiple levels and roles, including senior management, product marketing, operations, sales, marketing, and administration, to achieve business objectives.
- Measure Success: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success, including revenue growth, new account acquisition, sales, and brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Business Acumen: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: 5-10 years of sales experience in the crafting, creative, or technology markets, along with retail markets.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Language: Italian as Mother Tongue and Fluent in English.
- Additional Requirements: Affinity with craft and/or other creative hobbies is a plus.
