About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team at Amazon. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of our advertising solutions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Advertising Solutions Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Amazon's advertising opportunities and tools to build relevant advertising solutions for our advertisers and deliver the highest level of sales and customer service.
  2. Client Acquisition and Retention: Prospect, penetrate, and create new relationships with clients and advertising agencies, driving deals to closure in a new business environment and retaining and growing revenue from existing advertisers.
  3. Collaboration and Partnership: Work closely and partner with internal teams, such as retail, account management, and marketplace, to deliver strategic advertising solutions to clients.
  4. Industry Knowledge and Analysis: Understand and learn about the e-commerce industry and competitive environment, including knowledge of competitive product offerings, to provide data-driven solutions to clients.
  5. Sales Performance and Forecasting: Utilize Sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress, forecast, and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree in sales/marketing, with sales experience in the advertising, media, or agency landscape, and a proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals via new and existing business.
  2. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  3. Language Skills: Business fluent in English and Italian.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. International Experience: Having already worked in an international environment.
