About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at EQS Group. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for establishing connections with prospects, understanding their pain points, and effectively explaining why EQS is offering the best solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales life cycle from Sales Qualified Leads to securing a deal.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking and building strong client relationships.
  • Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of EQS solutions to prospects based on their needs and priorities.
  • Prepare and present reports on KPIs to management.
  • Collaborate closely with the service and implementation teams as well as marketing, growth, and product development.
Requirements
  • Several years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Commercial Business.
  • B2B SaaS experience.
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in Italian and English.
  • Experience effectively leveraging sales strategies, such as value-selling, MEDDPICC, or similar.
  • Absolute team player with the ability to own and work independently toward goals.
  • Focused on delivering the best outcome for clients.
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability.
